The Role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support critical reporting, dashboard development, and data transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the SDM team to enhance and maintain reporting solutions, support governance processes, and contribute to strategic data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Design and manage data transformations using Power Query, SQL, and APIs
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions
• Support reporting governance, documentation, SOPs, and issue management
• Analyse and present reporting insights to stakeholders
• Migrate legacy BO & SAP reports into Power BI

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Power BI development and data visualisation experience
• Advanced Excel and MS Report Builder expertise
• Experience working with SQL, APIs, Power Query, Python, or VBA
• Strong understanding of data transformation and analytics
• Experience building dashboards and metrics from business requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• Financial services or regulated environment experience
• Strong documentation and organisational skills
• Risk and control mindset
• Ability to work across technical and business teams
