Derby City Council is looking for two skilled and experienced Business Engagement professional to join our dynamic team. Working with local employers, HR professionals and recruiters, you'll develop placements, internships and employment pathways that help our priority cohorts move into meaningful work.

You'll build strong employer partnerships, champion inclusive recruitment, create unique programmes, events and promotional opportunities that expand inclusive hiring practices and make a real difference to people's lives across the city.
