YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
This senior role reports to a Client Managing Director and involves line-managing two Account Directors and overseeing a wider team of eight. Mentoring and talent development are key, along with collaboration across marketing effectiveness, strategy, partnerships, and digital.
You should have a proven track record of delivering client results and managing team P&L through growth and new business.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will own two long-standing clients with ambitious growth targets, managing the full media mix including TV, DRTV, BVOD, Partnerships, Print, DM, Door Drops, Digital Video, Audio, Digital Display, Paid Social, and PPC. Building senior client relationships and developing multi-channel media plans are essential.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Must Have Skills
- Extensive multi-channel media planning experience
- Strong commercial understanding, with reporting and profitability skills
- Ability to build and grow relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Proven leadership and team development experience
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with charity clients
- Experience leading and winning new business pitches
- Understanding of measurement and econometrics
