Home-based Minimum one day per week at our Codford depot, with regular travel to customers across the region.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Specialist todevelop commercial businessopportunities across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

A varied,customer-facing role that balances real autonomy with the backing of a respected business and supportive colleagues around you. You'll be outwith customers,managing existing relationships whilstproactively building relationships and winning new business, with genuine scope to grow the area. We'll support your development and giveyou the tools tosucceed

What you'll be doing

• Developing new commercial and supply business across the region, through your own sales and by supporting colleagues
• Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts.
• Working closely with our agronomists to identify and develop new opportunities
• Partnering with the depot team toeffectively manage stock
• Sharing market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our commercial approach
• Consistently delivering excellent service and looking after our customers' long-term interests

What we're looking for

• Track record in agricultural sales or account management
• Relationship-ledfocuswiththe ability to see the bigger picture
• Commercially astute
• Willingness to travel to theCodforddepot andto meetings across the region

Desirable, but not essential

• Established, warm network ofcontacts across the region
