Business Development Representative

Our London property team is actively seeking an outside sales representative to promote all our services to new and existing clients. This is a hybrid role primarily based in central London and Ealing. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work with a market team and a respected sales force, employing a strategic selling approach to market local housing products to decision-makers within targeted businesses. The ideal candidate will have a professional image, strong communication skills, and expertise in business development and customer service.
We support our BDRs with a lead generation specialist to assist in researching potential leads. We foster an engaging environment with ongoing opportunities to support our customers. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the local market team and report to the Regional Director to focus sales efforts on profitable, year-round business opportunities.
- Generate revenue through new business using a consultative selling approach.
- Understand clients' strategic initiatives to create maximum economic impact.
- Expand existing client revenue by presenting all product and service lines.
- Manage referral and strategic property management programs with local properties and companies.
- Handle multiple sales cycles and client portfolios effectively.
- Maintain all sales activities and progress in CRM.
- Use industry trends and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
- Develop and sustain long-term professional relationships at various organizational levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Preferably 3-5 years of professional sales experience.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a proactive hunter in business development.
- Ability to offer innovative solutions during the sales process.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Ownership mindset with a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives.
- Willingness to travel; reliable transportation required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
