Position: Business Development Representative (SaaS - German Speaking)
Location: Amsterdam
Salary: €36,000 - €42,000

Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team based in Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-oriented professional looking to make a real impact in a tech-driven environment. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the broader strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Engage with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings to qualify prospects and generate interest in communication solutions.
- Build and nurture client relationships, identifying their needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
About You:
- Fluent in English & German
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role-ideally within SaaS or a tech-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
