In this role, you will research, prospect, and contact leads to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry as well as build skills for further career growth, demonstrating excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.

What you'll do:

  • Exceed monthly quotas by assessing prospects and booking meetings
  • Generate opportunities via cold calling, emailing, and engaging prospects
  • Track all leads and activities in Salesforce
  • Use discovery questions to speak with decision-makers
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and convey that to customers
  • Nurture long-term relationships
  • Develop territory using sales enablement tools

What you'll need:

  • 1 year's sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce (a plus)
  • Interest in cloud computing, SaaS, and technology
  • Tenacious work ethic and desire for a sales career
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, high activity levels
  • Confident yet empathetic demeanor
  • Curious, creative, organized, and good at managing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage opportunities

Our side of the deal:

  • Career planning and reviews
  • Starting salary of £35,000 with a target variable pay of £14,000 based on performance
  • Pay progression based on results
