Business Development Representative - MEA

Location

Remote in Ireland or flexible office in Dublin, Ireland.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage "good fit" companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage HubSpot's existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails, and social media messaging. Your goal is to identify qualified prospects, concisely communicate HubSpot's value, and secure interest for deeper conversations with Account Executives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers).
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals.
  • Apply sales methodologies (e.g., BANT) to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base.
Requirements
  • Desire and commitment to work in Tech Sales.
  • Experience in sales/prospecting and high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong focus on goals and a proactive approach to achieving them.
  • Ability to address objections and openness to coaching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.

Pay & Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base salary, on target commission, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan. Eligible employees may also participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Annual cash compensation range: €45,000 - €61,000.
