Do you want to help us take the Rock Drilling Tools business to the next level in the UK & Ireland? As our Business Development Manager, you'll work across teams, customers, and partners to unlock new opportunities, strengthen our consumables focus, and make a real impact on our regional strategy.

At Epiroc, everything starts with people - people like you. As part of our global and regional organization, you will contribute to our mission of accelerating the transformation of the mining and construction industries. You collaborate closely with sales teams and customers, ensuring that tools become a natural, confident, and value adding part of the national business.

  • Build strong relationships with the national sales organization and collaborate with the Business Line Manager on pricing strategy.
  • Develop the direct vs. indirect sales strategy together with the national sales manager, and support indirect partners until a dedicated manager is appointed.
  • Act as the local Tools lead partner, providing product expertise and supporting stock levels, lead time questions, and supply chain processes.
  • Conduct customer visits, support product introductions, and lead rock drilling tools product trials - ensuring documentation in Salesforce and appropriate reporting.
