About us

Skin Analytics is an award-winning health tech company that launched the world's first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for faster diagnosis. We are the first to receive NICE approval for an autonomous AI medical device used across the NHS, deployed in over 25 NHS organisations, and expanding. Recently, we raised a £15M Series B funding round and achieved Class III EU MDR certification, positioning us for international growth.

Location: London-based - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the NHS sector (trusts, hospitals, ICBs, ICSs, etc.).

This role focuses on expanding our presence by developing strategic relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through new NHS partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development - Drive revenue by identifying and securing new NHS partners, prioritising opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  2. Strategic Relationship Building - Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key industry stakeholders and collaborate with senior leadership to align efforts with company goals.
  3. Market Expansion & Positioning - Identify market trends and opportunities for growth; represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase visibility.
  4. Reporting & Insights - Track and analyse sales data and pipeline metrics to refine strategies and identify revenue opportunities.
  5. Sales Process Management - Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract signing, working closely with Product, Clinical, and Transformation Teams.

We want to hear from you if you

  • Have experience in enterprise sales (£300K+ deal size) into the NHS sector.
  • Have a proven sales methodology (e.g., Meddic, Meddpicc, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Are familiar with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
  • Take a data-driven approach to prioritise pipeline opportunities.
  • Possess excellent commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can apply strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and grow ARR.
  • Work effectively with internal and external teams collaboratively.
