Business Development Manager - Steel Portal Frames

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a newly established Steel Portal Frames business, backed by a leading Modular Buildings Group.

Location: Yorkshire

Sector: Steel Portal Frames / Modular Buildings / Construction

Territory: UK-wide

We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business.

Ideally, you'll come from a Portal Frames or Industrial Buildings background, although experienced candidates from Modular Buildings will also be considered.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing new business and building a strong pipeline

• Building relationships with contractors, developers, end users and consultants

• Managing opportunities from enquiry through to contract award

• Working with estimating, design and operations teams to develop solutions

• Developing budgetary pricing and formal estimates

• Identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial and confident in developing business from the ground up, with strong construction sector knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills.
