Job Description

Your Role


Business Development

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, visits) and attend key events.
  • Build and manage your CRM pipeline accurately.

Sales Reporting

  • Log all activities and maintain up-to-date data in CRM.
  • Contribute to forecasts and weekly planning meetings.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Align with Talent Acquisition Managers to match opportunities.
  • Keep consultants and internal teams informed and engaged.

Your Profile

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (HR, consulting, or interim).
  • Strong track record in new business development ('hunter' mindset).

Skills

  • Proactive, goal-driven, and resilient.
  • Skilled in cold acquisition, lead generation, and deal closing.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; excellent English.
  • Comfortable with C-level conversations and long sales cycles.
