Title: Business Development Manager

Work Type- Full time - Hybrid (flexible)


About the Role:


We're seeking driven sales professionals keen on foreign exchange and cross-border payments. This is a great opportunity to kick off the year by playing a key role in shaping the future of global payments, building lasting client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and cultivate client relationships
  • Manage client accounts while delivering outstanding customer service


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in business development and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A strong track record in sales and account management
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Prior experience in the FX/Currency Exchange industry is advantageous.
