Job Description

We are looking for a Spain-located IT Business Development Manager to expand the Redwerk team.


As part of our dynamic team, you'll work with major clients like Siemens, Universal Music, Quandoo, ClearDATA, and Unfold from Squarespace, contributing to impactful and high-profile projects.


You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities in Spain through networking and converting them into long-term partnerships. Your job will be to guide the full-cycle sales process and to verify that our sales approach is successful.


Required Skills:

  • English proficiency (C1-C2), written and spoken
  • Native in the Spanish language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expertise in full-cycle B2B IT sector sales
  • Local market and international client experience
  • Knowledge of IT trends and products
  • HubSpot proficiency for lead management
  • Ability to design and implement a sales funnel
  • High-value contract negotiation experience
  • Expertise in expanding into new markets
  • Analytical, open-minded approach
  • Result-driven mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales quota
  • Being meticulous with documentation


Responsibilities:

  • Proactive customer acquisition
  • Conducting outreach activities
  • Lead generation activities to grow new business accounts
  • Expand the current customer base through various channels
  • Attending global IT events
  • Qualifying leads; understanding client needs
  • Conducting client interviews; meeting sales goals
  • Liaising with the delivery department
  • Preparing pitches, proposals, reports
  • Updating the CRM system regularly
  • Maintaining client contact; gathering feedback
  • Analyzing market trends
  • Sharing insights with marketing
