Job Description

Cactus Search is working with a fast-growing Technology brand which is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join them to help drive business growth across new products.

This business is doing extremely well bringing in over £3 Million per year on new business from inbound channels.

£55 000 to £60 000 dependent on experience, as well as huge bonus opportunities monthly.

This role is fully remote!

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create and develop intermediary relationships
  • Devise strategic plans
  • Manage sales processes
  • Cold outreach
  • Expand the market presence
Qualifications
  • Have experience in outbound sales CRM's such as Apollo, HubSpot, Cognism, Sales Navigator etc.
  • Have substantial experience in business development, sales and intermediary relationship building.
  • Have a proven track record of developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Can assess market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities.
  • Have a problem solving approach to work and confidence in making decisions.
  • Are self motivated, able to work independently in a remote position.
  • Must have 360 sales cycle prospect to deal closed.
