THE COMPANY

This highly regarded company is a global leader in premium visual merchandising solutions and scenic builds for the luxury retail sector. With a passionate and dedicated team, they pride themselves on exceptional quality and flawless delivery. With all design, fabrication, and production in-house, they partner with the world's most prestigious brands to bring retail environments to life! Working across a range of projects including pop-ups, in-store installations, luxury window displays, and bespoke visual storytelling, they are an exciting point in their development.

THE ROLE

With ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a BDM / Head of Events to drive the business forward. This dual role requires expanding their offering and establishing new revenue streams within the event agency and end client space, before heading up the team to ensure delivery! Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities
  2. Relationship building
  3. Identifying opportunities for growth
  4. Leading client pitches and securing new business
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, and innovations
  7. Providing regular reporting and sales forecasting to senior leadership

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have a strong commercial background with proven success in business development and securing high-value clients. Ideally, candidates will have experience within scenic build, creative services, event, or production agencies. They must be confident in developing relationships, pitching, and securing business, and possess a strong network within the events sector.
