The Role

We're on the hunt for seasoned sales professionals eager to join our team in London to promote our advertising solutions to the world's biggest packaged goods brands.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a proactive hunter, thriving on the challenge of cold outreach to new and existing clients.

Strong performance can lead to career growth, including potential transfers to international offices in Sydney, Toronto, or New York. Candidates should be open to living and working abroad in the future.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospect new and existing clients, hunting for new business through various outreach methods including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  2. Arrange meetings with top-tier CPG, FMCG, and OTC companies across Europe to showcase our platforms.
  3. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain detailed records of contacts and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to sell, execute, and manage campaigns.
  5. Research and manage leads using LinkedIn and industry databases.
  6. Become an expert in product categories and advertising best practices to persuade marketers.
  7. Prepare quotes for qualified prospects.
  8. Provide leadership and support to potential direct reports.

Qualifications and Experience Wishlist
  • University Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) or relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with CPG exposure preferred
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with good time management
  • Competitive and ambitious with strong sales aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, or Finnish are advantageous
  • Willingness to relocate internationally if needed
