Job Title:Business Development Manager - Culinary Bases

Location:Co. Waterford

Contract:Permanent, Full-Time

Salary & Benefits:

About the Company:

A leading Irish food production company, supplying premium ingredients to food manufacturers, foodservice operators, and industrial customers across the EU.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow B2B sales for beef stock products across EU markets
• Identify and build new customer relationships in manufacturing, foodservice, and retail supply chains
• Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention, repeat business, and growth
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and technical requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling culinary bases / related food ingredients
• Knowledge of EU food manufacturing, ingredients, or B2B foodservice markets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Existing network of relevant buyers/decision-makers in EU markets preferred
• Full driver's license; willingness to travel across EU markets; fluency in English (additional EU languages advantageous)
