Business Development Lead

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Lead to manage and develop a team of six Business Development professionals within the construction services sector. This is a highly tactical leadership role focused on coaching, mentoring and driving performance through a data led approach. You will work closely with the team on sales cadence, outreach strategies, scripting, multi channel engagement and KPI delivery, while supporting customer meetings where required. The role covers a national customer base, engaging with businesses requiring waste management and related site services.

Location

Hybrid working with 3 4 days per week in the office. Applicants should ideally be located within one hour of Loughton.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership, coaching or people management
• Background in B2B sales, account management or business development
• Comfortable leading from the front with a hands on approach
• Data driven mindset with experience improving sales performance and activity levels
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence required

The Package

£55k 65k basic salary DOE + uncapped bonus scheme, £15k+ year 1. 25 days holiday, pension, company car possibility if required.
