Job Opening: Sales Department

We are seeking qualified candidates for our sales department, including both freshers and experienced professionals with 0-5 years of experience in marketing or IT products & services sales, with opportunities for promotion. Candidates should be proactive to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Location

UP/UK, Delhi

Experience

1 to 3 years of sales experience in government and corporate sales within the IT hardware and software domain, including web applications, mobile applications, ERP, customized solutions, and social media services.

Qualifications

Any graduate, such as BSc(IT), BBA-Systems, BCA, B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA, MSc(IT), or MBA (Systems).

Salary

Negotiable based on skills, experience, and interview performance. Marketing allowance is also available.

Responsibilities & Skills
  • Excellent communication, liaising, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of state government departments and corporate sectors.
  • 360-degree IT pre-sales approach.
  • Providing online training and demonstrations for projects.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in government and enterprise sectors.
  • Managing the entire sales process: lead generation, contact management, cold calling, proposal and contract preparation.
  • Achieving annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generating new sales leads from market research and competitor analysis.
  • Developing unique selling propositions and differentiators for prospects.
  • Assisting customers in finalizing needs and building information systems.
  • Coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and tender responses.
  • Negotiating and closing sales requirements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with clients and delivery teams.
