Business Development Executive

ICE Group is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Recruitment Business Unit(Agency Temps, Direct Hires, Healthcare & more)
Build and grow client relationships
Win new business through outreach & networking
Support recruiters to match the right candidates with the right roles
Represent ICE Group at events and in the market

What you'll need:

Experience in sales, customer service or marketing (recruitment experience a plus)
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Strong IT skills (MS Office)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Full clean driving licence
