Business Development Executive - Hybrid (Puurs)

€55,000 + 10% Bonus

The Opportunity

As Business Development Executive, you'll be joining a growing European sales team, supporting business growth across Belgium and the Netherlands. This newly created role offers a clear path into account management and future sales leadership, with close support from an experienced manager and dedicated admin team.


What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to commercial negotiation
  • Attend customer meetings and, over time, take ownership of smaller accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting using Microsoft Office tools


What We're Looking For

  • A motivated, commercial mindset with a natural hunger for sales
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing CRM data
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Must have the right to work in Belgium
