Our Business Development Managers are responsible for driving growth in Leyton UK by prospecting, engaging, and converting new clients for consulting on their Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including CFOs and tax directors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline and document activities in the CRM system.
- Lead client presentations and proposals, communicating value propositions.
- Participate in industry events to network and stay updated on trends.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to inform strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, with regular reporting on progress.

- Proven success in sales and business development, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in R&D tax consulting or related fields.
