Our Business Development Managers are responsible for driving growth in Leyton UK by prospecting, engaging, and converting new clients for consulting on their Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including CFOs and tax directors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline and document activities in the CRM system.
• Lead client presentations and proposals, communicating value propositions.
• Participate in industry events to network and stay updated on trends.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, with regular reporting on progress.

• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in R&D tax consulting or related fields.
