The Business Development Director will lead the sales process for multiple mid-market and enterprise deals, focusing on clients within the Financial Services, Retail, Professional Services and Insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lookingforaseniorbusinessdevelopmentleaderwhoexcelsathuntingnewbusinessopportunitiesandaddingstrategiclogostoourportfolio.
• Sellingtoseniorbusinessandtechnicaldecisionmakers.Gainsknowledgeoftheclient'sstrategicbusinessplans,prioritiesanddriversandpositivelyarticulatesthevalueofCoeosolutionswithinthatcontext
• Trustedadvisorandinfluencerinshapingclientdecisionstobuyourproductsandservices
• Youwillownthecommercialandtechnicaldecisiontoclose,throughtailoringourmessage,bringingideastoclients,engagingwiththem,challengingthemandguidingthemintheirdecision-makingprocess
• WorkwithourEnterpriseArchitectstodefineasolutiontomeettheclient'spainsfocusingonthebusinessvalueandcommercialbenefitsofthesolution
• EngagewiththeMicrosoftUKaccountteamstodriveanddeliverco-sellcampaignsandactivities
• LeadpresentationstoexplainandprovetoourclientsandpartnersourcapabilitiesinMicrosoft'sData&AIsolutionsandpositionourproductsandservices.Thiswilldifferentiateusanddemonstratetothemhowwecanmaketheirbusinessesmoresuccessful
• MaintaindatawithintheCRMtool.Monitorpipelinedataanddevelopapproachtoreducesalescycletimeandincreaseopportunityvalue

Qualifications

• Anentrepreneurialspirittogrowtheindustryusingyourownstrategy&executionplan
• ExperiencesellingCloud,Data&AIConsultancyandManagedServicesusingsolutionorchallengersales
• Abletocoordinatevirtualteamsincludingtechnicalpre-sales,deliveryconsultantsandprojectmanagers
• Canworkinagrowingbusinessandunderstandthecontextinwhichyouareoperatingandbepreparedtorollyoursleevesupandworkwiththewiderbusinessdevelopmentanddeliveryteamstoenablejointsuccess
• Youcandemonstrateatrackrecordofhavingcreatedandmanagedapipelinewhichhasdeliveredsalesresultsofatleast£2minordervalueoverafiscalyear
• Executewithenergyandenthusiasm
