Job Description

We are a global leader in mobility solutions and are seeking an experienced and motivatedBusiness Development Directorto join our global team.

This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of global mobility, helping multinational organizations navigate complex relocation challenges while delivering innovative solutions. We're especially interested in candidates who are fluent in German and excited to work with regional and global clients.

Your Mission:
Drive growth across the region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with global mobility clients. You'll lead the full sales lifecycle-from strategy to execution-and collaborate closely with internal experts and global teams.

What You'll Do:

Execute SIRVA's EMEA business development strategy in target local and regional markets

Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects aligned with revenue goals

Lead end-to-end RFP processes, proposals, and contract negotiations

Partner with internal teams (Operations, Supplier Management, Finance) and global counterparts to deliver cohesive client solutions

Maintain market intelligence and represent SIRVA at key industry events and conferences

Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of proven success in business development, sales, or client management

Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder service solutions-ideally in global mobility or relocation

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to become a trusted advisor to global clients

Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluent in English; German language skills highly preferred

Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
