What we are looking for

• Previous experience in an agency, either in 360 recruitment or focusing on Business Development
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management
• Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking events
• Land and Expand mentality with experience in leveraging existing client relationships
• Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeed
• Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
• Effective time management and organizational skills
