Business Development & Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Business Development & Reporting Analyst in Spain. This role combines supporting the Business Development team with performing key client-oriented reporting and data analysis tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

-Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external clients using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

-Analyze data to support strategic decision-making within business development projects.

-Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and automating repetitive tasks.

Provide support to the Business Development team, including:

-Initial review of commercial contracts and documentation.

-Preparation of client presentations and commercial materials.

-Development and review pricing models.

-Keeping the Commercial CRM (Salesforce) up to date.

-Support the delivery and implementation of new services.

Skill Requirements/Preferences

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

-2/3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, data analysis, or business development functions.

-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros desirable).

-Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

-Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
