Business Development Institutional Crypto Upto £80,000 x2 OTE London / Hybrid

A high-growth trading firm is expanding its commercial function and hiring two Junior BD professionals to help open doors across token projects, trading firms and early-stage institutional clients.

The Role

You'll support the senior team across the full BD process: outreach, qualification, demos, follow-ups, and pipeline management. You'll work closely with experienced traders and engineers to help convert interest into revenue. Crypto experienced is preferred but not essential - this can be suitable for someone coming from traditional finance with a demonstrable interest in digital assets.

You'll Be a Fit If

• You've worked in a market maker, broker, trading desk or similar environment.
• You understand liquidity, spreads, and how market makers operate (crypto or traditional).
• You're commercially curious and want to progress into a full sales role.
• You move quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks.
