Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, buzzing Business Developer to drive the growth of our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. This is a salary and commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Location: Hybrid with easy access to Brighton and Hove
Salary: 30k pa + uncap commission (Details provided during the interview)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from our web development, design, and digital marketing services.
  • Client Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to engage new prospects, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and allow Boxharry deliver better tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly, tracking progress and ensuring targets are met.
  • Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or similar role within the digital/tech industry.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Technical Understanding: Understanding and some previous experience of web development, design, and digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Commission-based Compensation: Willingness to work on a mainly commission basis, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
