To support the rapid expansion of our brands, Pixie Services, and Kaino Consulting in Spain, we are seeking Business Developers to drive growth and help our clients succeed.

Your Role:

As part of the Kube Group, you will work closely with our brands to deliver exceptional business development services. Your activities will focus on:

• Expanding and managing a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality consultants.
• Building and nurturing a professional network to support long-term success.

Your Profile:

We're looking for ambitious individuals with the following qualities:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Native-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• European citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit.
• A proactive mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
