Job Description

Develop and execute business strategies to support FOSI Consultants' growth and long-term objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to analyze trends, assess competition, and uncover potential areas for business expansion.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Engage with clients to understand their operational and strategic needs, and recommend customized solutions to enhance business performance.
Support the development of proposals, reports, and strategic presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, technical, and finance departments, to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with client expectations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align consulting initiatives with corporate goals and support organizational development.
Assist in financial planning activities such as pricing strategies, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue forecasting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in business consulting, business development, or a related field, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in collaborative team settings.
