Many high growth, multi site businesses hit a plateau at some point. You can just feel the opportunities are out there but you just can't seem to get past the challenges of today.

The solution is nearly always your people. You have amazing and passionate people but something is holding them back from taking it to the next level. How they have been set up to succeed, their mindset and capability as your company grows, and their engagement with the things that will make the biggest difference to you.

So why me, you ask?

I have 30 years of real life experience under my belt with fast growth businesses like TGI Fridays, Pret A Manger, Caffè Nero, Hotel Chocolat, and Krispy Kreme. I have been part of their journeys and led the people agendas to achieve high growth (Caffè Nero grew ten fold in my decade as their HR lead and Krispy Kreme doubled in size whilst I was their People & Culture Director).

I understand an operator's world because I started my career as a front line employee and then as a manager before moving more into HR. I'm pragmatic first with a strong understanding of theory - in that order. I know that things have to work in the challenging real life world of a fast paced multi site business.

I know that business isn't rocket science. It's 10% strategy and 90% execution and I can help your organisation understand and, more importantly, implement. I will make an impact for you.

I get culture. How important it is and how to make it live and breathe. Culture is a word that can often have a nebulous feel. I can help your business understand it and create a tangible and measurable plan to bring your desired culture to life.

And finally, I'm commercial. I know it's an overused term on LinkedIn and by HR peeps, but you need a return on the investments that you make. I've been brought up in environments that have a profit focus running through their veins. It's become part of my DNA.
