Business Change Project Manager - experience

Our client, a leading Insurance business, are recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager that must have experience to join the team on a contract basis.

3 days per week in the office

Experience:

• Proven experience in PMO leadership and project management within transformation programs.
• Proven experience in working with HR / training functions to plan and deliver roll-out of capability uplift initiatives.
• Experience working in small teams as part of a large organisation.
• Understanding of financial services and insurance.
• Pragmatic, 'can do' attitude, willing to get stuck in.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with and other project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• to an SME level required
