• We prefer experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM.
• We prefer experience on global or multi-region programmes.
• We prefer a change certification such as Prosci or APMG.

Responsibilities

• We will lead change across two global programmes: IAM/IGA rollout and ITAM transformation.
• We will drive business readiness, engagement, and adoption across a multi-region organisation.
• We will manage multiple concurrent change workstreams.
• We will deliver change impact assessments.
• We will develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• We will support business readiness activities and training delivery.
• We will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption.

We are hiring an experienced Business Change Lead for a contract role outside IR35 at £500-£620 per day. This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite. You will join us to support two global transformation programmes and help ensure strong readiness, engagement, and adoption across our organisation.
