We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Systems Manager to optimize business processes, manage technical projects, and lead a skilled systems team. This role is crucial in aligning technology systems with organizational goals while ensuring smooth operations.

The successful candidate will manage the Travel Reservations and Ticketing Systems, working with third-party suppliers to ensure these systems support best practices across Operations, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

A primary focus will be Business Process Management: identifying opportunities for improvement, evaluating existing workflows, and recommending areas to enhance efficiency and performance.

Strong project management skills are required to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT systems projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's growth as a specialist Tour Operator.

Experience with Travel Reservations/Travel Platforms is essential.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with an inquisitive mind, passionate about systems and future technology. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and should possess strong communication skills and extensive knowledge in Travel Systems, Operations, and Sales.
