Job Description

Most BC professionals don't leave their jobs because of salary.

They leave because the work stops feeling meaningful.

Or because they spend more time firefighting than actually improving anything.

If that sounds familiar, keep reading.

This company is growing. Not in a chaotic, throw-people-at-problems way. More in a structured, steady way where support actually matters. They want someone who cares about doing things properly. Someone who knows Business Central well enough to spot issues early, tidy up processes and make life easier for the people who rely on the system every day.

Since you'll be supporting Dutch speaking users, you do need to be comfortable communicating in Dutch.

The role is part of a service and support team that actually works together rather than throwing tickets over the fence. First line handles the basics. You handle the stuff that needs some thinking, some analysis and a bit of pride in the outcome. You will be trusted to make decisions and encouraged to improve how things are done.

There is variety here. You might be digging into a recurring issue, helping test an update before it goes live, reviewing an SLA task or figuring out how to stop a problem from coming back. The point is simple. They want fewer fires and more prevention. And they want someone who thinks the same way.

If you are used to ERP support, functional admin or an in house BC role, you will settle in quickly. If you enjoy structure and a team that documents things properly instead of leaving breadcrumbs everywhere, even better.

You will not be travelling all over the country. You will not be stuck doing mindless resets and password requests. You will be part of a team that people rely on because things get done properly.

You should be comfortable with Business Central or similar ERP tools. You do not have to know everything. You do have to care about quality and process. The team can teach the rest.

Why join?

Because the work actually means something.

Because you will grow.

Because the team is supportive instead of political.

Because the environment is stable, organised and focused on doing things right.

If you want a role where you can produce good work, help people properly and still keep your evenings, this might be the one.
