Business Central Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Undertake the design, documentation, testing, UAT support, go live & post go live support of BC projects.
• To handle small & medium size projects (end to end) independently
• Work very closely with product owners to deliver a fit for purpose solution.
• Work on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central

Required Experience & skills

• Dynamics NAV/BC full life cycle implementation experience
• Good exposure in configuration and documenting customization.
• Experience of working in an agile environment
• Experience of documenting technical approaches for user stories based on customer requirements and knowledge of the system
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to document customer requirements clearly & concisely
• Capacity to manage workload and projects independently
• Ability to lead/design workshops with customers (with some guidance)
• Experience of writing concise user stories based on customer requirements
• Exposure to Business Central Upgrade Projects
• Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, SQL, and/or SSRS (added advantage)
• MB800 Business Central Functional Consultant Qualification
• Functional knowledge on a variety of BC modules
