Job Title: Principal Business Architect - Global Supply Chain (D365)
Location: Belgium (Open to all cities/Full-Remote within Belgium)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Business Architect to act as the "Master Blueprint Designer" for a global healthcare leader's future-state logistics network. This isn't about managing day-to-day shipments; it's about designing the "Operating System" for an end-to-end global value chain.

The Role

You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Your mission is to ensure that our global warehouse, transportation, and order-to-cash processes are standardized, scalable, and perfectly integrated within D365 Business Central.

Key Impact Areas:

• Architecture Leadership: Define the end-to-end capability models and process hierarchies for a multi-region supply chain.
• Systems Integration: Partner with IT to translate business needs into technical requirements within the D365 ecosystem.
• Strategic Governance: Set the "guardrails" for global standards, ensuring consistency across internal sites and 3PL partner environments.
• Transformation: Identify inefficiencies in current global models and drive continuous improvement through structured architectural frameworks.

Who You Are

• The Expert: You have 10-14 years of experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Operating Model design, or Business Architecture.
• The Tech-Savvy Strategist: You possess deep functional knowledge of D365 Business Central (Supply Chain modules) and how it integrates with WMS and Transport systems.
• The Influencer: You excel at aligning stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations without needing direct authority.
• The Architect: You are comfortable with complexity and have a proven track record in asset-light (3PL) and multi-region environments
