Business Application Support Compliance Contract Dublin 6-12 Months. My client a leading global financial institution is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Business Application Support Compliance analyst.

This role provides end-to-end application management and production support for a suite of Compliance-facing applications, with a primary focus on Communication Surveillance, Trade Surveillance, Employee Conflicts of Interest, and related regulatory platforms, and their associated processes. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage user requests and incidents you will ensure end-to-end ownership and timely resolution of business queries. You will conduct batch monitoring performing daily checks and oversight of key scheduled activities. You will get involved in change management and working with the business to understand issues and collaborating with product teams, development teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions. Project support - serving as an SME for Compliance applications and ensuring project deliverables are released into production in a controlled and compliant manner. Release management; provide support for system enhancements across PROD/REL/QA/UAT environments. Infrastructure coordination; working closely with infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable business platforms.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in Application/Production Support within a regulated environment. You will have experience managing multiple high-priority incidents concurrently. You will have an ability to remain effective under pressure and make sound decisions during critical incidents. Incident & Change Management: Strong understanding of incident and change management processes. Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with peers and senior stakeholders. It would be seen as an advantage if you had experience supporting Compliance or Regulatory applications (eg surveillance, conflicts of interest, regulatory reporting).Exposure to Communication Surveillance, Trade Surveillance or Employee Conflicts of Interest platforms. Also it would be a distinct advantage if you had experience in Service Management Tools: Exposure to ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence. It would be also a distinct advantage if you have experience in Support/Development applications such as AutoSys/Splunk/Power Shell/Service Now/JIRA, and Business applications - NICE Actimize- Surveil-X/Star Compliance/Bloomberg Transaction Cost Analysis.
