Business & Financial Crime Solicitor - POCA Expert (Hybrid)

Accutrainee Limited, working with Accuflex, is recruiting a solicitor for its growing Business Crime and Financial Crime practice in London. The role focuses on POCA work, confiscation and asset recovery, with a mix of criminal defence and private paying matters.

The candidate should have a strong grounding in criminal defence and financial crime, police station experience, and be comfortable with Magistrates' and Crown Court work, while developing deeper expertise in business crime.
