Business & Data Analyst/Business Translator - Freelance, Full-Time preferred - English proficiency in speaking and writing required!

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Business & Data Analyst with strong business translation skills for a leading global IT department within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between complex data systems and business needs, with a solid understanding of the pharma/clinical/medical domain.

Required Technical Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power BI, Snowflake, Denodo, Qlik
• Python and R for validating and mapping Excel data
• Experience with IQVIA and Veeva CRM is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage and update reports monthly via data files.
• Skilled in checking and cleaning HCP data (eg, name, specialism, country, IQVIA code).

Required Soft Skills:

• Proven ability to act as a business translator between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders in medical affairs, field medical, or clinical environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, practical mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in pharma/clinical/medical environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex data and dashboard outputs into clear business insights.
• Support ongoing projects in GenAI, Data Literacy, Data Quality, and Dashboarding.
• Collaborate with highly technical teams and ensure business needs are met.
• Validate and map Excel data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in the testing and rollout of new dashboards and data inventory updates.

Project Details:

• Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Brussels, rest remote.
• Language: English proficiency, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Start Date: end of July/1st of August 2025
• Contract Duration: full time preferred but open to discuss 3 to 4 days per week with the right candidate profile
