Business & Data Analyst AN/FR

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst speaking English and French.

As part of a strategic project to decommission IT-managed applications in Luxembourg, we are seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support activities related to Legal Archiving and Legal Hold implementation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Draft business and technical requirement specifications in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders, focusing on Legal Archiving and Legal Hold processes.
  
• Define metadata structures and rules for records to be archived and documents subject to Legal Hold, ensuring they can be efficiently retrieved during investigation or audit processes.
  
• Align regulatory requirements with IT constraints and operational needs, ensuring compliant and sustainable solutions.
  
  

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  
• Fluent in English and French. German in an advantage
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  • MS Office tools
    
  • Basic SQL knowledge
    
  • Solid understanding of general banking operations
    
  • Experience with legal archiving is mandatory
    
  • Background in Wealth Management / Private Banking or Institutional Banking is an advantage
