Business and Customer Support Specialist
Angus, DD8 1AN (Hybrid)
36.25 hours per week
£42,262.08 per annum

We're looking for a Business and Customer Support Specialist to lead improvements in customer experience, information management, and service delivery. You'll act as a subject matter expert, managing projects, driving change, and ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer experience initiatives and resolve escalated issues.
  • Design and implement data and information management solutions.
  • Monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.
  • Coordinate and evaluate change projects.
  • Use data insights to shape decisions and improvements.
  • Lead teams and support colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.


About You
  • Qualified to SCQF level 9 or with substantial equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.
  • Experienced in leading people and projects in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
