Business Analyst/Test Manager

Business Analyst/Test Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan and coordinate the overall testing approach for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression tests
• Coordinate and track defects, ensuring clear documentation, prioritisation, and resolution follow-up
• Support business users during UAT and facilitate structured business sign-off
• Report test progress, results, and risks transparently to the project team
• Contribute to go-live readiness by confirming testing completion criteria and quality gates are met

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester Specialist in IT transformation or regulatory projects
• Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, execution, and regression testing
• Experience working with SWIFT-based processes and message flows is an advantage
• Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders as well as external vendors
• Experience with defect tracking tools (eg, JIRA or equivalent) and familiarity with structured testing methodologies
• Language skills: English (fluent), German (basic)
