Role - Business Analyst with MS stack

Location - Utrecht, Netherland

Mode of Work: Hybrid ( 2 to 3 days Onsite in week)

Job type- B2B Contract

Contract Duration - 6-12 Months

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Power BI
• SQL Server / T-SQL
• Excel (Advanced: Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA optional)
• Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
• Dynamics 365 (preferred)
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Data factory, Databricks to combine source with customer data for Marketing department for P&L analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Use Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, and Azure to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams to support data integration, transformation, and warehousing using the MS stack (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on analytical tools and dashboards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution development.
