Job Description

The role involves planning, developing, testing, and documenting computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating user requests for new or modified programs.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
• Providing production support and testing of configuration changes.
• Offering training in the newly developed system related to grants and contract management.
• Making administrative data entries into the system on behalf of system users.
• Supporting legacy systems in the Family Services Division.

We will provide training in the system.
