Business Analyst/UX Specialist/Full Stack/80%/Zurich.

Project focus: Business analysis in a full stack UX design environment, including research, specification, and quality assurance of implementation. Start: June 1, 2026, duration 12 months, 80% based in Zurich.

Responsibilities:
* Full-stack UX designer from research, ideation, conception, prototyping, and validation;
* specification and quality assurance of implementation; sound knowledge of
* digital UX/UI design principles; ensures the quality of UX/UI in
* implementation; design and evaluation of flows and screens together with the
* business; conceptualizes and designs journeys and features in our banking
* channels (web and mobile apps); ensures that brand guidelines are followed
* and that the design and interaction patterns from the design system are used.

Main tasks (CAN):
Mobile app design experience is an advantage, banking expertise is an advantage, Figma; also Confluence and Jira as well as various UX testing tools are advantageous.

Requirements:
. Design methodologies across the entire UX process 
. UX department, UX banking team for all projects within both banking channels, manages the various stakeholders and their specific needs, develops the necessary data foundations (research, testing, etc.) and can translate this into user flows and screens. Is familiar with the use of comprehensive design systems, can apply them and extend them where necessary
. Knowledge and experience in the design of mobile applications on Apple and Android, as well as their guidelines.
