A global investment management firm seeks a Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract to support the delivery of a multi-year EU AML Programme.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
• Analyse and implement new EU AML regulations, ensuring compliance across business processes.
• Gather, document, and translate high-level requirements into actionable solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and define future state models.
• Liaise with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support subject matter experts in detailed analysis for informed decision-making.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management
• Expertise in requirement gathering, validation, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with client onboarding processes (CDD, EDD, KYC) and regulatory frameworks like AML.
• Experience with Salesforce client data management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical teams effectively.
