Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Support reporting and dashboard development using BI tools and Excel
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations)
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
