This role involves supporting internal project change transformations, focusing on reviewing and improving People, Processes, and Technology to align with the company's growth strategy. You will conduct organizational reviews of structures, workflows, tools, and teams, supporting projects aimed at operational excellence and scalable growth.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will identify improvement opportunities, support change initiatives, and help align organizational elements for future readiness. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the organization's efficiency and resilience.

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within digital or education sectors.
2. Strong understanding of organizational design, process mapping, and systems thinking.
3. Experience leading or supporting transformation projects related to People, Process, and Technology.
